Possibly the best and real good stay for 3 nights. Varied breakfast with lots of fruit juices, bangers and bacon to satisfy every guest. Fully-equipped and airy room, very clean beds. Easy check-in, late check-out, competent staff.

Wi-Fi was bad.

The breakfast was really good, unusual delicacies you don't see in other places. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom is very spacious.

As well in the room as in the breakfast area the cleanliness leaves much to be desired! We found hair and dust on the floor in the room. In the breakfast room dust at the room divider. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work either.

Very good hotel very closed to city center.Helpful staff.Good SPA area. Fantastic breakfast.

Just one computer for hotel's guests

The hotel was good for us. Reasons: - good, quiet location, town hall only a walk away. - easily accessible from the A1. - in about 30 minutes walk to the city center.

Typical Viennese staff: - bathroom cleaning (limescale was still visible; 2 small towels instead of 2 bath towels,.). - Bar (simply poured us drinks)

The friendliness and helpfulness of staff at all times.

The fact no breakfast was included in the price. Air conditioning noisy.

We had a fairly nice stay for 3 nights on vacation.

The breakfast was top quality and exceptionally good and well presented. Double room with comfortable beds, nice view, an impeccable clean bathtub accommodated us perfectly.

Very nice hotel close to the city center and to underground and bus terminals.

We've stayed here the fourth time.Every time we could find good service and helpfull staff.Very suitable location.Rich buffet in the morning, but not so rich as last year)

Little bit expensive rate

Did not like anithing in particular. The hotel offers free Wi-fi but it is ridiculous, you can not even open google in a fair time frame.... The staff is just simply laizy///

really 4 star hotel, excelant breakfast with a wide choise, very fast and good wi-fi, room spacious, comfort and clean, hotel staff very helpful and competent, hotel service is high level

Had a blast staying with friends! We loved the interior design and the fun Max Movie Nights in the hotel's theatre. The breakfast was solid, offering plenty of tasty options without the crowds. We enjoyed being in a local area with good food around. A great home base for exploring the city!

The bathroom's sliding door was a bit awkward and hard to close, a bit annoying .

Good location - close to MariahilfeStrasse and U-Bahn Station, nice and clean rooms but only in lofts part of the hotel. Good value for money. Nice staff, axcept one guy from the recepetion (see disadvantages)

One thing: Mr. Riccardo Permesser, he works in hotel reception and proppably hates his job and other people, including hotel guests. We had a few unpleasant situation with him and I would not reccomend to anyone working with him. Despite the fact our group had a reservation of junior suite he sais that he does not has a room for us, than, after our complaints, he ,,found" a room which was completely different from that what we have booked. Mr. Permesser was trying to convince us we are wrong, but he failed. After another time he ,,recalled" that he might have one more room for us...Apart from that there was some situation with him before our arrival to the hotel.... Generally I think he should change his attitude towards hotel guests.

It was my third visit here.Nice design,polite personal and fine location.Every time I note the same picture.I like this hotel very much!!
